The support team is really great. There were some issues with imported customer subscriptions but after messaging the team they were able to fix it and link everything up for me. The app itself is still unintuitive and it really shouldn't be this much hassle to just get everything going.

This app is great for offering a subscription, however I think there could a better explanation as to what "cutoff" days means.

Amazing app & customer team!

The app has somewhat of a learning curve to it, some of the menus take a little while to decifer, but overall it integrates with my shopify store quite well and the customer service when I have questions is TOP NOTCH! So quick, responsive and helpful.

The setup experience has been great, very intuitive and the customer support is 10/10, responds super fast and is extremely helpful. Extra plus for integration with Klavyio and great tutorial videos on all kinds of topics. Emails and cancellation management drafts are great and easy to adapt. So far 10/10! Our subscriptions just went live so we'll see how it goes once first subscribers start coming in

We have been using this app for quite some time now, we just had a slight glitch where the customer couldn't manage their subscription, I jumped on the Chat and Alden was brilliant, fixed the issue plus a couple of other items he could see that could be improved. Great communication and very patient and knowledgeable. thanks

Great app helps me to easily set up subscriptions on my shopify website and very good customer service

I would like to be able to get to a live person when needed. It's not alway convenient to send and email or "chat". Live chat was quick to respond once a request was submitted.
