Truly amazing support. With me every step of the way. Changed from BOLD RO to Appstle RO... why? Well because the service with Appstle is wonderful, the price is right, and it goes to Shopify Payments, not another high priced gateway, no additional fees. They support the merchant every step of the way, from Zoom meeting to chat, 24/7. Never look back and watch your store grow. Wish we had changed sooner, but we have now and are very happy that we did. Looking forward to our RO grow with Appstle! GET THIS APP for RO. Update June 10,2022: This app is great, superb support. Worked on a problem for us for 1.5 days and they corrected and removed excess code from another RO developer who left traces behind. Functionality is perfect! Need RO/subscriptions? Get this app, the support is impeccable! Update 8/22/2024: Customer service is amazing! We needed support to fix a conflicting issue with another app, and within 36 hours APPSTLE resolved the issues so that everything is working smoothly. Great experience working with Magnus... thank you!

Got so sick of Recharge! So far, the customer service at Appstle has been awesome and the switch was easy. Highly recommend this app. Zoha was super awesome to work with!

Can't access the app, keep getting server error with code page, (only can access app at random) and no one has looked into it when I requested assistance.

I downloaded this app and had it up and running in a matter like 20 minutes! I had one question during set-up and used the chat function- customer service responded right away. They even went above and beyond by helping me customize the widget to my theme. Highly recommend!

We have been using another subscription app for a few years now which has worked well so far but we found the customer support lacking and any customisation of the app to be quite difficult if you don’t know code! We started the onerous task of looking for alternatives and finally found Appstle. From the outset the customer support was (and still is) hands down the best we have found from any Shopify app – and that was when we were still trialling the product. We had hundreds of existing subscribers to migrate and Appstle supported us all the way through. The superior customer support makes it feel like they are a part of your own business. Whilst we started on this journey to replace our existing subscription platform cautiously – all I can say is we should have done it sooner! Happy Paws Pet Food

Still checking out the app. Just installed it and was getting a little frustrated but the chat feature really helped. Mitanshu came onboard and he did a great job getting me going. Without his intervention, I may have deleted the app. FYI - I downloaded Recharge before this- got frustrated with it and deleted within 5 mins. Difference here was getting excellent customer service. Nice job!

I've decided to update my review after some time using the app. The app is fine, and more or less does what I need it to, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the customer service. Response times are extremely slow, and the answers they provide are usually very vague and not helpful. I can definitely attest that the level of support has diminished since starting with this app. Currently, I have many subscriptions that are scheduled to process, but are not processing a their scheduled time. The response I received to this issue was "they are in the queue, please give it more time." Even after asking to elaborate, I could not get a more straightforward answer. Support I've received in the past has eventually lead to a solution, though it's usually not exactly what I've been seeking. There are a lot of limitations within subscription settings that don't make sense, and the way much of the user interface is translated into English is difficult to understand. Overall, not pleased with the user-friendliness of the app. --- original review --- Kehanvi was a huge help today. Initially I had a problem with theme integration, which was a simple fix. That led into some more specific questions about my subscription offerings, and I was able to figure out exactly what I needed. Thank you! So far it seems like Appstle is going to work great for our business. There is a little bit of a learning curve setting it up, but it has a very customizable experience. Looking forward to launching our first subscription.
