We started our own hot sauce subscription service and used these guys as our subscription application. I honestly couldn't be happier. We just started with the basic plan, but there was a feature that we would have liked and rather than trying to upsell us to the next plan, they worked with us as an a la carte feature. The customer service responses have been phenomenal and they're very kind and courteous. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you.

I added this app to my Shopify store and it was so easy to build my subscription plans the way I wanted. The online assistance was so helpful and the way it works with Shopify it is very easy for my customers to use.

I used this app to set up a subscription service for our monthly plant club customers. It was a little confusing to set up tbh and a couple of times have had to contact their support team via their chat box under "contact us" but they have always available immediately and very quick to help solve my problems. Really impressed with their team's knowledge, patience, and ability to fully explain stuff while teaching me how to operate the app.

I am using this app to encourage repeat business and make the experience of keeping up with the supply of consumables easy for the customer. The onboarding was very simple and the support team was extremely responsive and helpful

I installed the app on our website www.astitchahalf.net but somehow the widget did not display on the product page. I requested assistance and within minutes (on a Saturday) Prarthana assisted me to sort out the problem. She even color-coded the widget with our website colors. 5 Star service indeed. Customer service is consistently prompt and extremely helpful, assisting with the widget integration and customization. We just installed the app, but it was easy to figure out and looks easy to use, both on the shop owner and customer side.

We are a small online business and installed this app to help us expand our offering to customers. The app was well-laid but I ran into some challenges given my lack of knowledge. Contacted customer service and Kehanvi walked me through everything. So patient and professional. If you need a subscription service I recommend these guys they understand startups.
