Customer service is consistently prompt and extremely helpful, assisting with the widget integration and customization. We just installed the app, but it was easy to figure out and looks easy to use, both on the shop owner and customer side.

We love Appstle, above & beyond customer service (thank you, Kehanvi). They're available 24/7 and have helped me integrate Subscription plans and styling on multiple websites. Very friendly and easy to work with.

We are a small online business and installed this app to help us expand our offering to customers. The app was well-laid but I ran into some challenges given my lack of knowledge. Contacted customer service and Kehanvi walked me through everything. So patient and professional. If you need a subscription service I recommend these guys they understand startups.

I just installed this app to my store and was very impressed with the immediate support received from the Appstle team to help me set up and configure the app in my store. Kehanvi who helped me, we so friendly and efficient and got me up and running in no time!

Appstle helps us easily manage our subscriptions for our product. Anytime we have a question the Appstle team is quick to help us out and figure out a solution. Highly recommend this app if you offer subscriptions!

Features are great, it does what it says on the tin and has been really popular with our customers, its everything we wanted. What has blown us away though is the support... been in touch a couple of times with questions; answers almost immediate and they don't hesitate to make tweaks and changes to get the most out of the app. Very impressed.

I have been using many Add-ons for different functionality, but I never found such a professional, comprehensive gadget on Shopify Market. Beside the awesome functionality of this tool, the experience with their support and service impressed me. I strongly recommend this tool to manage subscription on your site.

The customer service rep was very helpful in providing the details I needed to set this app up and integrate with my website. He even went to the extent of walking me through several other questions I had about set up and did it graciously.

This is a really great app for subscriptions. The pricing is very reasonable, and their free plan is a great way to test out the waters as we scale up. The support team has been phenomenal - really quick to respond and willing to help. So far, I really recommend this app.

I have not yet had the pleasure of seeing the app in action in my store but I came here to say that the support is TOP NOTCH. My questions were answered immediately and Mitanshu went above and beyond to help me get started. I am in fact delighted so far! I can't wait to get started for real!

I am very, very new to subscriptions and have been wavering back and forth between different apps before re-launching my (former brick and mortar) shop online only. Mann was incredily helpful, patient and understanding of my inexperience in this realm. He even customized the app to fit my store theme for me. I'm looking forward to launching this new option for my customers and thankful to Mann for helping me.
