I needed assistance with some issues I ran into during setup. I reached out to support and they were so helpful, solved my issue right away, and even offered me options for customizing my widget to match my theme. I usually feel awkward speaking to support but Magnus was a pleasure to speak to. I am positive that this app will be much more user-friendly than my previous one already.

This app has been nothing short of spectacular so far! I used it flawlessly on my Sense theme. There were some compatibility issues when switching to the Shapes theme, however when I reached out to support (Ash was my agent today) they were extremely prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my subscription widget was seamlessly integrated into my new product pages and that all my needs were met. Within a matter of minutes they were able to completely solve all of my issues. Pro tip: if you're having issues with your product, reach out to support before rage quitting and trying other apps. They'll do their best to get you taken care of :)

Ash from their Technical Service department helped me out in a big way. Our customers couldn't log on to change their settings, so he configured a button that enabled our customers to change their subscription status from their end. Thank you!

You need to use this app. No one has time for clunky, expensive and hard to use apps. This thing is easy to setup, well priced and works well. The customer service team are extremely responsive and very helpful. They help directly or fix the issue (including Loom videos!) instead of just referring you to the FAQ docs. Amazing service. Does what you need and then some. Incredibly robust with tons of options, customization, reporting, etc. Service chat is incredibly fast to respond and will do everything they can to help you. Magnus form the help team assisted with everything I needed and even went beyond that! Definitely recommend!

Great app and priced far better than some of the competition. The customer portal works really well. We actually migrated to Appstle from another popular subscription application. Customer support is also very helpful! Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Nancy.I accidentally changed a subscription line and couldnt work out how to rectify it. After trying myself for quite a while I used the help Icon. Nancy answered immediately and got me back on track and fixed all of my issues. Wont hesitate to use them again.
