I got great service through even thr free app. They helped me beyond what i expected. I loved the easy steps and visuals to help. They even did things for me on the backend to save me time.

Kehanvi is so amazing when it comes to walking me though the steps and all the questions I have when setting up our shops subscription plans! She even takes the time to share screen shots so I can follow each step to get it all set up correctly. Highly recommend!!

I have already recommended Appstle to a couple others who are looking for a subscription-type app, and also generally in one of my ecommerce groups. The customer support is 1000%; they are helpful and quick. I feel they go above and beyond. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because I would prefer that some of the universal settings be customizable at the product level. I have several ideas of memberships and subscriptions for my shop that are quite varied and I have to think about how to set up the settings so that it applies to any kind of product.

We had been looking for a way to provide the option for subscriptions to our customers. This app has been pretty amazing. For me, the real selling point (and what makes the difference between an "ok" app and a stellar one) is the customer service! Many times I have needed to fix something, change a setting, help a customer and was unsure how. I reach out to their support and they are able to guide me through it.

We just started using it. So far it's great! And I had a bit of a hard time setting it up on my store and their customer services was so great! I tried the live chat and they helped me right away. We feel confident so far :)

Compared to the subscription app we were using, Appstle is incredibly easy to setup and the live 24/7 chat support is much better than having to wait to be emailed back. Although I haven't done it yet, the document for importing current subscriptions looks easy as well. This was way less of a hassle to switch to Appstle as part of our migration to a 2.0 theme than it would have been to continue working with our current app to make everything compatible. Now, we get the value of checking out on Shopify rather than on a third-party as well.

We have only just started using this app, but the customer care so far has been great! The responses were rapid and for a 'chat' based customer care system I was impressed with the quality of service. My experience has started well!

I am writing of my experience contacting the Customer Service department when I was trying to set up the widget. Prarthana was the person I was dealing with, she was very knowledgable and very patient! She helped me understand and complete the process. She even tweaked the widget to ensure it conformed to my Shopify store look and feel. I am very impressed. Once subscriptions come in I'll post some more feedback
