So far this app and team is a breath of fresh air. Coming from ReCharge I've had nothing but frustrations and I'm so excited to have another option for an app (and no transaction fees!). We launch our new subscription on Wednesday and I'll update how the experience continues but I have high hopes. Nadeem was patient with my questions and even asked if he could help make the widget look better for the customer. 5+ stars so far!

Pretty easy integration, Had an issue with a customer having a broken 'Manage Subscription" link, they fixed it. Then had a link that expired, learned Shopify has a 7 day expiration day for links. Now I have to help customers create an account on my site so they can always access their subscriptions. Seem convoluted but appstle tech support was good. 5 Month Update- Customer Service is a highlight of their company, great support!

Cannot recommend this app enough. The support from the team is the amazing, extremely quick in responding and thorough. We had our subscribers migrated from Wordpress to Shopify and they helped every step of the way and always had a solution if we encounted any issues.

Very easy to install and set up. The team customized the widget and entire experience for me in a few minutes. Very awesome customer service and app works perfectly.

Great product and great team! I migrated our subscription offerings from another subscription service, the Appstle team has been incredibly helpful in this migration and their subscription product is the best one I've worked with.

Very happy with this app. It has allowed me to add subscriptions of various kinds to my website without any real issues. I had a couple of problems which were resolved quickly and efficiently using the online chat. Thoroughly recommend.

The is straightforward to use. API is good and robust. Their customer support is fantastic - they always reply within a minute and answer questions promptly.

The customer support team is available via a chat box on the app and they were responsive in attending to technical issues that we faced. They were also proactive in following up with us if a solution took multiple days to investigate.

Really enjoying it, appears easy to use and informative. I was a bit stuck on one area (which was my lack of knowledge not the app) and my question was answered and sorted within minutes. I was offered an expert eye on how the app widget should look, again done within minutes and much better than the one I first chose. Many thanks for your help
