The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

My question was answered promptly with easy to follow instructions on how to resolve my issue.

I'm setting up my own business on Shopify for the first time and using the subscription model Appstle. I was struggling a little because I couldn't get the app to embed among a few other things. I started chatting with Jackson and he was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able to remote into my account and fix everything I was needing and more!! There's no way I could have done it without him.
