I've encountered many confusing issues regarding the app but I've been able to get help and they're really great at explaining what's going on and how to fix it

The customer service is superb. They walk you through everything, if you lapse or its disconnected you get the same person to help you picking up right where you left off. It seems super user friendly as well

So far the app has been fantastic for what I need for my small start up business. Ahmed was hugely helpful and patient with all my questions and my initial set up, so I'm forever grateful for that support as I find the hugely technical side of things sometimes out of my depth! I really appreciate the help to the detail I received it and no question went unturned. Hoping I don't have to reach out again, but nice to know I can if I need to!

This app is extremely user-friendly. You basically need no technical skills to get it setup and if you hit a snag the online chat customer service is second to none. It is no secret as to why this app has such a wonderful review profile! Highly highly recommend!

I just started using this app about 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier. the customer service is impeccable, they respond to emails and chats within 5 minutes and are extremely helpful and knowledgable. as for the app itself, it is really easy to work with and input all the data I need.

I installed this app to run subscriptions. I had a few challenges with the installation. I reached out to the customer service team and they helped me resolve this problem within ten minutes. I look forward to using the app.

This app has been really well designed. It is usually simple, seamless, and easy to use. It serves exactly the purpose I needed it to. It is a little complicated the way products show up on Shopify, for me as we need to have our products available as both free local pick up and a shipped option - but so far our customers have not complained. Support is super fast and helpful and I have been very pleased. Cost is decent. Thanks so much!

It's very easy to set up and use, the pricing is very fair esp. compared to many other subscription apps, their customer service is timely and very detailed, and they're constantly adding awesome new updates!

This app is so awesome to use, very simple, effective, and smooth. They have the best customer service, they responded in under a minute and custom-coded our app to match our theme and it works great.

I tried a bunch of subscription apps and decided on Appstle. It was super simple to get up and running and the support was amazing. Other apps I tried I had to wait days to get a reply, and Appstle helped me as soon as I sent the request. It is very user friendly and the help videos/page is great. Highly recommend choosing Appstle if you are starting a subscription service.

Very simple and easy to get setup. So far I'm loving this. Looking forward to integrating it with Bundler as well. Had to chat with Junaid at support with a few questions and the response time was superb, very helpful. Highly recommend this app. I've used others and they left me wanting more and were confusing. This one is very user friendly so far and the customer support has been wonderful.
