I thought it was gonna take me hours to set up subscriptions for my site, but setting it up was so easy and customer service was outstanding...Any question I had, I would get an answer within seconds. Very impressed with this app!

I'm just making the switch to Appstle from another subscription app that wasn't working for my shop. They have been extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my questions about the migration process. I'm looking forward to working with the Appstle team and feel confident in their ability to manage my subscriptions smoothly!

Moved from Bold [Commerce] Subscriptions because they don't seem to have their stuff together and the other subscription apps that I've looked at weren't enough of an improvement to bother migrating to. Appstle is well made, intuitive, and comprehensive in it's ability to be customized to our needs, on the front end as well as the back end. The installation and configuration only took a few hours to complete and I'm ready to launch our new subscription program. (As a reference, it took days to figure out how to configure Bold Subscriptions. Not recommended.) Within the few hours it took to configure I required the help of their support team twice, for a question and for a widget adjustment on our product page. Both times the support team was available immediately and met my needs within minutes. The kind of support I need for such an important program. Thank you Appstle!

Switched from ReCharge to Appstle just a month ago. So far, completely satisfied. Great app. Excellent support. Very happy with Appstle overall.

Appstle is saving my life after a terrible experience with a subscription management app. Their customer service has been beyond fantastic and they've been able to answer every question without putting my current subscribers in danger as we work out a migration. Hussain has spent hours talking to me at this point to help make sure this all goes smoothly, and I am beyond grateful! My business runs on fantastic customer service, and when the other app has failed me, it has jeopardized my ability to offer that customer service. Appstle is going to help me deliver my customers the experience they deserve!

These people are TRUST worthy! I've never had an app company from Shopify give such outstanding service! Starting any subscription is confusing and you have questions but having the app company able to answer any question and solve any problem 24/7 days a week is amazing day or night! The subscription service works great for everything including using it for memberships, what what we use it for it is great. I can not stress how awesome it is to work on an app like this and run into any questions and get the answers you need in less than 4 minutes every time!

This app is finally allowing me to offer subs. All the options that have been around previously were close but not quite right. Appstle has hit the right balance of features and flexibility and their support is excellent and responsive. Still in the early stages of getting things going but so far I am very pleased.

Moving from ReCharge App to this one. Customer service is fast and very helpful with aiding the migration process and any questions you have. The dashboard UI is very clean and intuitive, much easier to find what I'm looking for than previous app. Very happy with this app for subscriptions

The app is great! It has a lot of features built-in, so it's easy to customize without a lot of technical knowledge. And when you do need help, the customer support team is phenomenal! We're very excited to get this up and running on our site and with the ease of the app, we'll likely get to do that sooner than we planned.

Immediate response to a problem with a 'buy now' button on the front page. They fixed it within minutes. Amazing service and response time.

This company seems to be very helpful. We are trying to setup free shipping and a set discount for our paid subscribers. They are trying to help us make it work, if this does work then they are by far ahead of their competitors.

We are new to the app but the initial set-up has been extremely easy. I wasn't sure how to apply the app to our custom Theme. A message to their support and the connection was made and the subscription widget implemented within 15 minutes. Very friendly & knowledgable - thank you Mohammed - and the program seems very intuitive. Thank you!!

It was very easy to set up and customize. And when I had a question, Kehanvi responded immediately and it took less than 5 minutes to get a clear response... with visuals! Highly recommend.

This app is so simple to use! And the 24/7 support makes set up so quick and easy! Some other apps don't charge automatically for subscriptions but this one does which makes things so easy. I'm excited to watch sales rise with this subscription option.

Great looking app - very poor support and migration. They indicate the ability to migrate from one subscription app to theirs. They are not capable of even doing 1 of the top 2 subscription apps (Recharge) in the Shopify marketplace. Communication is not great (I always have to reach out for updates), often saying they will get right back to us and nothing until I reach out 2 days later. Proof of concept seems great, but without a proper onboarding and support system the app is useless. Perhaps if you don't have a subscription app and are looking at setting one up for the first time... but that wasn't my case. After 3 weeks of trying, I'm out of time to get this to work. I'd advise finding an alternative app if you already have a subscription solution you are looking to migrate from.
