Henry from Appstle was super quick and helpful. I encountered a fairly big problem, and Henry very quickly solved it meaning it wasn't long before I was adding to my list of subscribers again! Can't recommend Appstle enough!

I moved over to Appstle because Recharge was raising their prices. I'm glad I did. I like the fixed monthly rate with no transaction fee. Migrating all my customers over went smoothly, thanks to the Appstle team. The support team always quickly resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

I have not yet had the chance to use the app in its entirety, however setting up the app I had an issue that I did not know how to fix. I simply messaged the chat and in less than a minute I had a response! Mona was incredible and helped solved my issue so quickly! The best customer service I have experienced thus far :) Can't wait to start using the app!!

For the past 12 months, I've been using the Appstle Subscription app, even though my subscription numbers are relatively modest at the moment. Looking ahead, I'm eager to grow my subscriptions in the next year. What truly impresses me, though, is the incredible customer service this app offers. It's a standout feature that keeps me hooked.

So far so good. Customer service has been very good. Only two of the display options work in my theme but overall the one I’m using is clean and modern and looks and functions appropriately.

I love this app. Their support team is above and beyond. This app is a life saver for any business. Recurring orders guarantee the income that your business needs! 100000/10 . I recommend this app to any shopify store.

UPDATE 12/28/23: A few weeks ago, a code change was rolled out and broke so many things in our configuration. We are now dealing with mess after mess after mess. Every day something new is broken. These developers roll out code changes without taking into account and testing what will happen to existing configurations. At this point, we are going to have to find another subscription app. So upset we spent so much time building out this app. UPDATE: Have been live for over a month and have been very pleased so far. The team is always quick to help us with any issues we run into and our customers have been very happy with the customer portal compared to our previous subscription app. It took a bit to get it fully configured how we wanted it to and understand all of the settings. But now that we are up and running, 5 stars. UPDATE: One of the Appstle developers got on a video call with me and it was determined that another app in my theme was causing this to happen and not Appstle. Updating my review from 3 stars to 4 because we are still working on some bugs with the Build A Box feature, but they are always very responsive and the app has a lot of potential if we can just get it all configured the way we need for our use case. There is no doubt that for the price, this app has the most amount of features for subscriptions. Lots of different ways you can configure it. However a big warning here…we have this app turned off and have had 3 customers forced into a subscription without signing up for one. While this is only about 2% of our orders during the timeframe, these customers were livid and thought we were scamming them. The customer support team is always quick to respond, but after a week on this particular issue they determined that my screenshot that I showed them of it happening (yes, I was able to recreate it myself) was a “misunderstanding” and nothing is wrong. In my testing I have determined that the only fool proof way is duplicating products to have one product be in the Build A Box and the original product be the one-time product. Otherwise you run the risk of customers getting forced into a subscription without choosing one. And if you have the app turned off in your theme, that means nothing…beware that there is a chance customers will be forced into a subscription even when you have it turned off.

We understand that code changes brought to either add new features, or to comply with Shopify updates can affect setup. Since the time of the review, we have come up with a way to make sure no code changes affect merchants’ existing configurations. This has been vigorously tested across scenarios, and all existing Appstle Subscriptions setup in a store will remain intact. The team is very helpful and the app itself is great too!! They help you with almost anything you are trying to implement and are patience and understanding with each need. I highly recommend anyone wanting to try out a subscription app to try appstle and see for yourself!
