After digging around, install everything with the staff and realized that "STRIPE" was not working I decide to move to the competition... What i saw was ugly, first, the Appstle competition charges You a LOT... There interface is bad and no CS... I proudly come back to Appstle and realized how good they are. I believe they will become leaders very soon. I Totaly recommend you to use this app. Everything looks good, everything is simple and well explain, and the Customers service work 24/24. So it's the best so far. Keep doing guys!

Overall a pretty easy app to use. Although the beginning was rough and the app needed to be updated to suit the needs of my product variants, support was very helpful and did everything I asked them to do and were fairly prompt. If there's one feedback I could give it'd be to make the widget look more attractive on the site, like text/buttons that highlight more how much the customer is saving and showing comparison prices to encourage customers to subscribe. Otherwise, a great app and you get just what you need to get started with even just the free plan. 8/24/21 Update: I've changed my review from a 4 star to 5 star review now because of their outstanding customer service. They always reply immediately and have been very willing to make the changes I've requested as far as features that weren't previously available on their app! Highly recommend.

I haven't had a chance to do a deep dive with the app yet, but I have already experienced the company's fantastic customer service. In just a few minutes, an online assistant was able to help me connect the widget to my site and set it up to match the rest of my site's theme. Very impressed with their customer service and helpful staff! If that's any indication of how good their product is, I know I will be a very happy customer!

We are using this app to provide recurring billing for our customers. It is easy to configure and tech support is good. They helped us to add it to our theme without charge. Thanks Appstle

Dec 10, 2023 UPDATE: STAY THE HELL AWAY. THEY JUST DOUBLE AND TRIPLE BILLED HUNDREDS OF OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. WE HAD TO MANUALY FIND, CANCEL AND REFUND OVER 300 ORDERS AND LOST OVER A DOZEN SUBS. YES THEY OFFERED A 20% DISCOUNT AFTER APOLOGIZING. JUST A LOT OF HEADACHES. TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A MIGRATION STRATEGY... January 9, 2023 UPDATE: Like I said before, they will pacify you, blame Shopify, tell you they opened a ticked with Shopify, and you will never hear from them again. Still have not heard from them - supposedly they opened a ticket with Shopify - but they were very quick to reply to my review update / change on Dec 5 when I dropped them to 1 star. December 5, 2022 UPDATE: After approximately 16 months of using the app, I am changing my rating just because of lack of support. Support has really gone so downhill over the last 6-9 months, it is sad!!! Changing my 5-star review to 1 star because response time has become unacceptable. I was probably one of their first 100 customers. I have over 4000 subscriptions and have been very patient but really their support has become an issue. It's not just "growing pains" anymore - they will pacify you and/or blame Shopify until you're blue in the face - to the point where you just give up and try to find a workaround.
Dear Merchant, As we shared the error, it's coming while invoking Shopify API. We are filing a partner ticket but until then, we can't do anything about it. We are not seeing that issue with any other store, hence we will need to consult with Shopify on it. Regards, Ria

Just downloaded this app and so far I'm very happy! It was easy to setup, looks great on my website and the customer service chat was very helpful. They weren't even online but responded to me in just a few minutes! They helped make some adjustments to cusotmize the look and it looks great!

Great customer service! I used the chat service to ask a specific question that I couldn't figure out and Muhammad saved the day. He took time to explain the issue, gave solutions on how to fix it and made sure the changed were made correctly. I've been using this app for about a month and highly recommend for other to use as well!

Great support by Muhammad who effectively installed it and customised it for us - now let's see if we get the subs in. Update: I'm not sure what has happened here, but things are going wrong with this app and the support is no longer helping us out. I will happily update my review to 5* again if this gets sorted, but with a broken app and not much support, we cannot keep using this.

Decided to go with this app over the other options available. Very happy with my choice, while I am not fully done testing yet the platform is very user-friendly and seems to have all the capabilities I require. I had a few problems with installation due to my customised theme. However, the customer service team was FANTASTIC. Very responsive and available to help with any issues. Shoutout to Hussain and Muhammad :)

FIRST app to implement shipping profiles for subscriptions, while every other app blames Shopify about how "it can't be done". Independent shipping options for subscriptions programs are usually crucial, so you'll want to use this app. Best customer service and best features of any subscription app. If you want to customize your subscription program using Shopify Checkout, this app is the way to go.

Customer service was awesome! I had many questions I needed answered before deciding on a subscription app, and I was able to get all my questions quickly answered via chat. Although we have just started testing this app, it seems to be robust, affordable, and easy to use. And you can easily give your customers free shipping on subscription orders.
