While this APP will not work for me, it is due to shopify's limitations and not the APPs fault. I was in a long back and forth with the APPs team in regards to different limitations and they either added the ability for them or are working on adding them. they are very communicative and are doing their best to make sure that the app will work for everyone. There are 2 cons that I can not get past which is why I am deleting this APP 1 -- Shopify does not allow for the shipping rate to change from order to order. Since my rates are received by API from UPS and FedEx they change daily. Also if a customer made a subscription for 1 item and later changed to 5, my shipping cost will go up but the cost he is charged will be for the initial 1. 2 -- When creating a subscription, it becomes available to anyone purchasing it, so if I negotiate a special price for a specific customer on a subscription basis then it becomes available for everyone. I am sure that this is something that they can fix, but I did not get that far with them as the shipping issue came up 1st.

Wow, so easy with great support. Installed quickly, easy to navigate and set up, and the chat support was quick. They made a few programming changes to my site on the fly. Love it.

I just installed this app and the process was quick and easy. The developer quickly answered a few questions that I had and I'm up and running. Looking forward to getting my customers signed up as they have been asking for a re-order subscription for certain products. Thanks for making a free and functional subscription app! A few months later I encountered an issue with the shipping profile. The support team was very friendly and quickly helped me to resolve the issue. Great customer service! :)

I installed this app as I was really looking for a subscription-based add-on for my products. It was great to finally find a totally free, non-commission one. I needed a little support with it matching my theme so popped onto live chat and the support was phanominal! I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Top service!

I'm using this app for a t-shirt subscription service. After having challenges with one app service (mainly no customer service contact), a Spotify rep suggested this new service Appstle. We tried it due to reviews and some desperation for an answer. What we found was incredibly responsive and helpful customer service, swift and informed answers, and quick changes when feedback is suggested. It's beyond my expectations customer service wise, which is the BIGGEST thing for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After trying many subscription apps whith each one disappointing more than the other, I finally came across Appstle. Firstly I was so impressed by their pricing structure and secondly their support is second to none. Friendly, and super capable, I am definitely sticking with this company. Will definitely recommend them.

Only installed yesterday but it has been easy to setup and great support via Chat. Support helped modify the look of the widget and added help tips.

I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service experience. I asked for help on a sunday and got immediate assistance & help. My problem was solved in no time and the widget adjusted to match the theme without additional cost. 5 Stars!!!!!!

Had a small issue with installation because we used another app before and our custom theme had to be changed in the codes. They asked for access and fixed it for me right away. Great support and great App!

I am just getting it set up. I did have to reach out to Support because I have a strange theme, but Vikas was super helpful and had my issues resolved in minutes. I am very excited about this subscription app as it looks like it will make the subscription process so much more seamless. Thank you! On the rare occasions i could not find an answer myself, Support has been wonderful. quick and very knowledgeable. This app has been wonderful. Very easy to manage, and so great for a small business like mine.

Just set up this app for my store. So far, so good. I like that it has a free tier (and reasonable plans), since I'm just getting started and want to test if subscriptions will work for me. Had to reach out for help with a small issue and support fixed it within 15 minutes. Thanks!
