I'm relieved actually, because the Recharge app was not working and I need to get out an email - so I'm glad you jumped right in and helped. Recharge has no 24/7 help. I had to go to Shopify for a suggestion on what to do next.

Service has been really good and to the point no matter what elements I bring up. The mode is to try and help us to get to what we need rather than just saying no, especially as we have some unique requirements for our business.

The app is great, but the customer service is AMAZING!! Great app and support. Hussain, easy to work with. The app does exactly what you need it to do to manage subscriptions. The pricing model is fair without the transaction fee! This was a dealbreaker with my previous subscription app.

So far so good. Had trouble getting the app live on my site but they helped me get it running and I was able to talk to someone via their chat within 30 seconds... at 9pm eastern time US on a Saturday!
