I combed through the app store looking for an app that would help me with setting up subscriptions. By FAR this had the best options and was really easy to get subscriptions up and running in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend it! They were also VERY responsive and helpful when I had a problem I couldn't figure out. I selected the option to chat with someone from within the app and got help right away. They were able to go in and make the changes I needed and I was off and on my way. LOVE what they are doing!!!!

This app is the best app for subscriptions - it doesn't charge % of transaction fees and customer service reply within minutes to solve an issue, even at night!

I just installed the free version of app. The tech support was very helpful in assisting with set up so we could test it. I cannot speak for the paid service but as for function and set up and ease of installation I would say this is a solid app.

I thought it was gonna take me hours to set up subscriptions for my site, but setting it up was so easy and customer service was outstanding...Any question I had, I would get an answer within seconds. Very impressed with this app!

Appstle is saving my life after a terrible experience with a subscription management app. Their customer service has been beyond fantastic and they've been able to answer every question without putting my current subscribers in danger as we work out a migration. My business runs on fantastic customer service, and when the other app has failed me, it has jeopardized my ability to offer that customer service. These people are TRUST worthy! I've never had an app company from Shopify give such outstanding service! Starting any subscription is confusing and you have questions but having the app company able to answer any question and solve any problem 24/7 days a week is amazing day or night! The subscription service works great for everything including using it for memberships, what what we use it for it is great. I can not stress how awesome it is to work on an app like this and run into any questions and get the answers you need in less than 4 minutes every time!

This app is finally allowing me to offer subs. All the options that have been around previously were close but not quite right. Appstle has hit the right balance of features and flexibility and their support is excellent and responsive. Still in the early stages of getting things going but so far I am very pleased.

The app is great! It has a lot of features built-in, so it's easy to customize without a lot of technical knowledge. And when you do need help, the customer support team is phenomenal! We're very excited to get this up and running on our site and with the ease of the app, we'll likely get to do that sooner than we planned.
