fantastic - i didnt even know this was a service you provided. if i could suggest anything it would be to let your customers know. I only found out about it because i was on fiverr trying to get a fix for this issue and one very good creator told me to contact customer service! this is how i found out about you. so that would be my suggestion - make a pop up or something so that we know about you :) but the help was immediate - exactly what i needed and very supportive. so well done. EXCELLENT AND SO COMFORTING TO KNOW YOU EXIST :)

They’re incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to help. Whenever I got stuck, they guided me step by step with clear explanations, helpful screenshots, and practical advice. At times when I felt completely stuck, they stepped in right when I needed it most and made sure I was back on track quickly. I also really appreciate that they offer a free plan, which has been perfect for my smaller business. It allowed me to explore and grow without upfront pressure, and the upgrade pricing is very reasonable when you’re ready to scale. A very useful subscription app. It ensures our consumables are delivered to customers on time and right when they need them — instead of customers constantly forgetting to reorder. This has been a huge help in maintaining our customer relationships.

App is simple to set up, with clear pricing structures. Whenever I've had an issue, I've had a prompt response with concise instructions of how to fix the problem (if they can't do it for me) - most recently Kate noticed that my emails weren't branded and she set it up for me while helping me with my other query. Definitely worth the money, excellent service.
