Great customer service!

I am new to shopify and using apps on my site but have used Appstle for a few months. There was an issue with my sittings and they quickly resolved it for me and explained why I was creating the issue so I could learn. Helpful and easy to work with!

We chose Appstle because it offered the customer experience we were looking for at a price that made sense for our scale. We migrated from a Paywhirl / Infinite Options situation which was a tedious migration. We're still working out kinks more than 2 weeks in, but the team has been very responsive and generally supportive. I have a basic working knowledge of coding and am quite familiar with Shopify, so I did pretty well, but someone new to both could potentially really struggle if you have a sizable migration.

First off, the support is unbelievable! Scott was a huge help and assited in resolving a very concerning issue for us in a matter of minutes. I can already see that Appstle is the solution we have needed all along to manage our subscriptions. Excellent product!

I’ve been looking for a subscription app that offers bundling, bulk automation, and retention tools, and this one does it all. I’m excited to explore the additional features designed to enrich the customer experience and build loyalty. The support has been excellent.

I truly appreciate having Appstle as an option for my customers. It is easy to set up and manage. Any questions I have had have been quickly responded to and resolved. They even have made suggestions on how I can use it more effectively to provide better service to my customers.

I have tried multiple subscription apps, and either they were missing something or not all of what I needed was in the plan I purchased - misleading forcing another upgrade. Then trying to get support was impossible. Using Appstle, it was mostly intuitive, but I had multiple subscription options (but I set up the majority). I was worried, because I now needed support. Not only did I actually get someone, they were fabulous!!! So incredibly helpful. I'm talking months of trying out different apps, and I finally found one that truly works AND has terrific support. Thank you!!!

Support is brilliant, pretty much has all features that recharge has and doesnt cost 500euro per month for a loyalty program!!.. Great company.
