The absolute worst customer service ever. Did not show up to initial meeting, late to rescheduled meeting, were supposed to send me instructions to start migration and then disappeared even though I emailed them and reminded 3 times. App is good customer service is beyond bad.

Very good support! and detailed explanation about the issue with tags I was experiencing due to my misunderstanding so the subscription widget was not visible at first on my product page.

5 Stars – So glad I made the switch! I moved over from Recharge due to the high cost—and honestly, switching to Appstle has been the best decision I’ve made for my business. The customer service is outstanding. They walked me through everything step by step and made the setup process super smooth. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage subscriptions from the backend, and I love that I can require a minimum of two orders before customers can cancel. So far this subscription app has worked well for our customers and our business. My customers are really happy with the interface. It is so much better than the memberships we had through Squarespace and this customer service is incredible. As a small business owner I don't have a lot of time to sit on cs calls to figure out what I did wrong (or can't figure out how to do the thing I want it to do...) so I really appreciate a team that can respond quickly solving the problem efficiently.

Sabastian was awesome. They were quick to respond when I needed help and I highly recommend this subscription app to anyone who needs it. The learning curve is not bad and so far it has been fantastic. Of course, support is one of the most important things when you have complex settings going on, and they have gone above and beyond.
