This app is really nicely designed. They have amazing customer service, whatever you need, they will make it happen! I would definitely recommend this app, it is professional and you always get help whenever and for whatever. Thumps up.

I was looking for a way to automate sending invoices to customers, I found other apps but those weren't nearly as easy to set up, they also wouldn't integrate with Klaviyo and most importantly, NONE of the other apps I found would consider tax compliance - a must if you're selling B2B. With Sufio it's possible to send invoices via the order confirmation email sent through Shopify and allow customers to see the invoices on their account page. There's even an option to validate a customer's VAT number automatically, WOW! I messed up part of the set up and Djimi not only responded within minutes, but he also fixed it for me super quickly - exceptional app and customer service!

Sufio est très simple à installer et paramétrer ; bon choix de templates, très "customizables" ; surtout le service support est top, réponses rapides, très adaptables, il est d'ailleurs préférable de passer par eux au bout d'un moment. juste un bemol il y a en France de nombreuses mentions légales à insérer or, les espaces prévus à cet effet sont trop peu nombreux dans les templates disponibles.

Simply the best invoicing app here for Shopify. Excellent and very helpful customer service. VAT numbers are very well handled. Very well designed too, honestly it will be hard for you to find a better deal :) I am writing this after 6 months of use and frequent customers.

Great customer service, very quick response. Tons of customizations, and if you get a problem, or need something tweaked- You'll get a response or advice within couple of hours. Highly recommended app.

Perfect. There is nothing much more than can be said for this app. Everything you need, is there, everything you think you need is there too and everything that you haven't thought about is already there too! Could not recommend a better app for your store. This is THE app to have for invoicing.

Falling behind other invoice apps by not allowing ACH payments via Stripe or other integration. Stripe accepts ACH, Sufio only uses credit card functions from Stripe costing users a much higher transaction fee. Enabling ACH would save us 2.5%+ on all invoice payments. Developer finally provided a great workaround to view amount due on each invoice from the home screen, hoping for quick native implementation, for now we will bookmark the special url. The "Due" status still overrides the "Partial" status tag...maybe add a new tag that says "Partial Due"??? Clean, simple app but very basic for the cost. Can't search/filter by customer. A simple filter by customer function would be helpful. You can sort by customer/contact however we have almost 5000 customers and lots of scrolling to find the right one. If Sufio made a couple changes to their view/filter it could be awesome. Why not implement a search or filter box to find the customer??? These are simply features to implement. Not many viewing/sorting improvements seen in almost 2yrs. Software by subscription should come with continuous improvements....not here ***in response to the Sufio reply below.....the "partial paid" status only functions until the invoice becomes "due". At that point that tag/status is lost and each invoice must be opened to check the actual status.***

Just to clarify a few things you mentioned: → Sufio does support a range of invoice statuses—including created, paid, due, and partially paid—and we’ve made it easier to track these at a glance. You can see the total or amount due directly from the home screen, and use filters to sort documents by various statuses, including order and payment states. → We’ve also added advanced search and filtering tools. You can search by customer, product, invoice number, credit note, pro forma, and more—making it much easier to find what you need, even with a large customer base. → As for ACH payments—you’re absolutely right that they can offer lower fees. Unfortunately, due to Shopify’s partner terms, we’re currently unable to support ACH through Stripe in our integration. It’s something we’d love to offer, and we’re keeping a close eye on any changes that might allow us to revisit this in the future. We know how important these kinds of features are, and we’ve been working hard to evolve Sufio into a more powerful and flexible invoicing solution. We’ve launched a lot of new features in recent years, many of which are listed on our Product News page if you’d like to check them out. Thanks again for helping us grow and improve Sufio.

This app is really amazing! 5 Stars probably are not enough... They customer support is something incredible.. they are fast and reliable. I had a urgent issue and they solved it in minutes! Helps to save a lot of time by creating and sending automatically the invoices. Support is very helpflul if custom code is needed for rule based sending of invoices.

100% recommend this app! Easily customizable invoice design, everything works as expected. Also, the customer service could not more helpful. Michal helped me figure out one thing I was not sure about in couple of minutes.

Great app, providing us all necessary business invoicing capabilities for our wholesale customers (we are based in Belgium). We had to integrate some development for VAT notifications, and received great help for the customers service (Michael was very responsive and gave only fast & reliable solutions !). Definitely recommend the app for its features & team support.

With sufio, we can create invoices that meet both our layout and design needs, as well as local legal content requirements. Best support service I have experienced in ages, fast response with the possibility of custom adjustments. Although it seemed a little expensive for the limited number of invoices we need (in the small business we have), it's well worth the time saved and adds to the professional image.
