I had a specific need and i got an amazing customer support experience. Sufio is a great app and it will definitely save me a lot of time.

It is by far the best customer care experience in Shopify community I have experienced. I love how the app works and looks, but even more I love the speed of how country specific issues, like translations or required fields get resolved. The communication with Sufio Team is great - these guys really deserve their success. Kudos!

The app is wrongly claiming and advertising to cover EU VAT validation and handling of B2B EU intra community supply purchases. It simply cant do it. And I was very surprised that the app developers dont seem to (want to) understand the basic legal requirement regarding EU VAT regulations. Since the tool does not change any prices after VAT validation in the frontend (!) the sufio support recommended us the exclude taxes from prices. This is an even worse solution, it is simply illegal in the EU to add VAT at the checkout, prices must be shown at any time inkl. VAT. I know its shopifys fault that there is no VAT ID check possible during checkout but if your tool cant fix this stop claiming otherwise. Furthermore one has to be clear that VAT IDs collected by the plugin are only added as a "tag" and thus are not shared through the shopify API and thus cannot be exported to any ERP.

So fresh and so clean! Happy to finally have the ability to send our customers professional-looking estimates and invoices directly through our Shopify admin. Awesome customer service to boot!

Best app for invoices when customers need the invoice mailed. Very good export functions for invoices (far better then Order Printer). Fast and good support. Feature request: Attach invoice PDF directly to Shopify system mail.

Simple to use and great templates. Installed in about 30 seconds and was printing much nicer invoices. Support very helpful

Lovely invoices but beware of the VAT exemption claims - they aren't technically correct The EU VAT rules state that you can only deduct the VAT if the company provides a valid VAT number AND that the goods are being shipped outside of the country where the order is shipped from... We are a UK company so EU businesses outside of the UK, with a valid VAT number, can order VAT free ONLY if the order is shipped outside of the UK. Unfortunately we receive a lot of orders from Ireland with valid VAT numbers but they get the order shipped to Northern Ireland (to save on shipping costs) which is in UK - therefore, technically, we can't deduct the VAT as we have to give HMRC proof that the goods have left the UK Sufio are aware of this but their hands are tied because they can't get access to the address which is part of Shopify's checkout process - a closed system. Sadly the issue of a decent EU VAT exemption system for Shopify remains unsolved. I have asked Jan to update their website with the full information - whilst their system will validate VAT numbers it will just mark that customer as VAT exempt, regardless of where the order is shipped to.

You should just stop reading this and download it already. If your customers have even once asked for an invoice, this is the app that you need. It's super easy to use, the invoices are beautiful, you can control who gets invoices, and their service is impeccable. We use a ton of apps on Shopify, and this app, head and shoulders above others, does what it says it will and does it with flying colors.
