Excellent, especially for a free app. Easy to install and use, Customers seem to prefer it to the contact form. One thing would make it better, if it could be set up to automatically go offline when you close the dashboard.

Your widget will go offline as long as there is NO AGENT logged in to the Dashboard on either a computer or mobile device. If you are using the Widget Scheduler, the widget will go offline when you are not logged in and also when your widget is scheduled to go offline. The Scheduler's purpose is to make the chat widget go offline even if the agent is logged in. Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about forgetting to log out or manually setting your status to Offline. Example: Let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you can still monitor your visitors without receiving any chats. Your chat widget will stay offline and the visitor will get the offline form. The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the chat widget is forced to go offline (though chats in progress will continue until they are completed or the visitor leaves).. Love that fact that it is free to use and you can chat directly from your mobile phone or tablet. Would like more options for the look and style of the chat box.

Don't underestimate this app because of the silly parrot! This is a REALLY powerful app by any standards, especially by the standards of a FREE app! Well done! :)

A very solid chat program. It offers a lot of functionality and customization that some it the other pay programs don't. We are very happy with this!

This app only has 32 reviews..... Truly a diamond in the rough I cant believe how well this app is made and stylish it looks on my website seriously how does it have 32 reviews!! well if it keeps the app free i dont mind! If I could give this app more stars I would. This app is awesome.The dashboard is amazing. The app on the phone is a great addition to have. No need to be sItting at your laptop all day,. Your phone will ding when someone is sending you a message to chat and you can chat with your customer right on your phone. I really love this app. Its FREE and the set up was easy!

Very good app! I highly recommend everyone who wants a live chat app. It is much more better than the paid ones. We already used paid services before. But this app does really more. Great support. By the way smart phone app. is also great. I strongly recommend everyone to try it before choosing another live chat program.

So glad I found this app... I was really hesitant to add live chat to my site, as I was nervous to how it would incorporate into my life and work. This app was incredibly easy to install, works great and has great functionality. I'm able to schedule the live chat to be available during only certain hours (so that it won't wake me when I'm sleeping at night!) and I can even choose to hide it from visitors during that time or give them the opportunity to "leave a message", but show that I am offline. The analytics and monitoring it provides is excellent and I have no complaints after having it installed for a few days. Really thankful and surprised that an app with such great functionality is committed to providing such a great free service.

This is a superb app especially considering that it's 100% free. Since discovering Tawk.to through Shopify we have gone further to integrate their system on both our Shopify store and some of our other non storefront based websites. This app offers excellent real time monitoring of your website statistics such as: Visitors Page Views Client Chats Along with many more statistics. You can easily delegate chats between different members of staff once setup and the admin section is very user friendly meaning you don't need any technical knowledge to use this app. You can also convert chats into support tickets through this app, this can be very useful when you receive more technical enquiries and need to find out further information on your products. Overall this is an absolutely brilliant app considering it's FREE and we would definitely recommend this app to others looking for a live chat service.
