Tidio: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.

Greater user interface and easy to use for beginners

An effective tool, especially during peak season. We started using Flows, creating a complex menu and Q&A system, and now we've deployed Lyro AI. Lyro AI was fairly easy to train using data from our website. With Actions, customers can check the delivery status of their orders. The AI ​​can also communicate in multiple languages, which is important to us.

It's a great tool for boosting the sales! Loved seamless integration with Klaviyo via export to Shopify. If anything, I wish they had more flexible customization settings - having only one color for the chat button, home header area and message bubbles - is rather limiting.

We just started using it.... I can't explain why we didn't decided to use it earlier. We tested different solutions but Tidio seems to be most complex and complete solution for our business. Highly recommended app.

Tidio has been a great addition to my Shopify store. The setup was super quick, and the live chat + automated replies make customer support so much easier. The interface is clean, and everything works smoothly with Shopify. Really helpful app and highly recommended!
