We've tried a number of different chat applications, help desk and CX management tools. I really like Tidio more than the others. The UI is top notch, the bot feature is great, the integrations work well and the pricing is reasonable.

I love this app! It was recommended to me by our web designer. We used it for about two months and then I had some customization I wanted to add after becoming familiar with it. The chat app on the Tidio page helped me create a custom response bot for when I was unavailable and even helped me set up a Zapier Zap to send responses directly to my email. Amazing!

I think this is the best live chat app out there. It's super streamlined and easy to use. It has really helped us up our customer service game.

We have just installed Tidio and so far so good. The app looks good on my website and I particularly like the easily accessible support, which is very good. They use their own product and that helps to make me confident the app will work for us. The only thing that I am not 100% happy with is having to pay extra for chat bots, which I feel should be part of the service and leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

It was very simple to install and we reached out to customer service (via chat) for what we thought was an issue but turned out to be user error (on our side)...They were very nice and very responsive. Very much a refreshing change to how chats normally go.

What can I say, installed the app, set it up and within the first 24 hours we had almost £2000 in sales resulting from the live chat. Worth every penny, first impressions a superb app!!

I used this app for my online jewelry store Studio L Jewelry. It is the PERFECT solutions for collecting leads, giving discounts, helping customers, and anything else you need for engagement on an e-commerce site. It's so easy to use and brilliantly designed. Don't have a e-commerce site without it!

I've been using Tidio for about a year now. I've never had an issue with it and it has let me set up bots to manage customer service without me intervening. Support has always been great, Olek and the rest of the team really go way and beyond to help me get things donde the way I need them. I recently had to downgrade and I was worried I would loose all the work I had done during the past year. I was happily surprised to know I could keep the free plan. My bots and all my settings are kept intact though the chatbots will be limited to reach 100 unique visitors a month. Tidio is one of the best -if not the best- apps I've used. I really recommend it.

Love this app! It was exactly what we needed and it helps us communicate more with costumers. There is always someone online to help you with setting everything up too! The chatbots are really helpful as well. In the future it would be cool if the costumer could select what category they have a question about and the chatbot could then assign it to the correct operator. For example we have men's and women's clothing and we just re-assign the operator if one gets a question for the other department. Overall super helpful!

I'm currently on the free plan. This app is great, it's easy to set up, and I love that I can use it to interact with my customers via the app on my iPhone. It's a must!
