I was a little bit sceptical about whether it would help the store and how easy it would be to setup. I LOVE TIDIO! Wish I had done it ages. Really helps with conversions and a doddle to set up. Monthly cost is fair too :)

I started using the app today, so far everything is very usefull, easy to use and everything looks appealing.

This app is amazing and love all the ways you can customize the experience. Love the desktop/mobile app features that provide flexibility to respond promptly anywhere I am. Also, the service for this app is AMAZING. It's actually my favourite part of it! Love being able to talk to real people when I'm in need of help and they address all of my concerns. Thank you !

We really liked the ease of automation, customisation that Tidio is able to provide hence we installed it in all our e-commerce sites. However it is disappointing that the charges have skyrocketed from $15 per month for triggers to 5K users to now $18 per month for 1K users. We only found out because we got notification that we don't have any more triggers left for this website and we were surprised as it didn't happen to the other site. And if we were to upgrade to 5K users we will be paying $45 which was 3 times the original amount we paid previously. It was a rude shock to us and this price difference makes it very difficult for us to want to continue.

Amazing app, i'm enjoying it and it definitly get you more leads, more engagement and more interaction with your clients, especially the chat bots. I'm very satisfied and absolutly recommend it :)

Extremely well designed and thought out — they did this right! It was a great experience interacting with our first customer just a minute ago and then seeing that person start to checkout. We are still adjusting a lot of things with our site to reduce friction, and it's nice to have a little site helper always there to cover the bases. Thx Tidio folks!!

Having Connectivity issues where settings would not save, would not load, etc. Now I cannot even open the app, cannot deactivate the chat bot

Tidio is an excellent app for consolidating communications with customers; whether they're chatting with us from our website or from Messenger. The customizable chatbots are a great help, too, especially for FAQs. Lately, however, the notifications have not been working and we've missed a few chats from customers with no way to reach them back. I'm sure it's just a bug and we look forward to its 100% back.

I've only been using Tidio for a few days, but it seems to be working well. Many of our new potential clients have been utilizing the chat bot to ask questions which we love. Since we sell international, the feature to translate into many different languages is very beneficial for us!
