Quería una app para chat que no necesitara WhatsApp y esta me ha sorprendido por su calidad. Tiene muchísimas funcionalidades sorprendentes. El modo gratis está bien. Quizá, por poner un pero, diría que para tiendas con poco volumen como la mía, las funcionalidades extra por 39€ son un poco excesivas. No digo que no lo valgan, pero si fuera un poco más económico sí que las pagaría.

Really easy to use and has helped to cut down the number of phone calls that we get. Had a bit of a glitch in the system and Mike was very helpful.

Tidio is super helpful for us as a small business to manage customer enquiries quickly and more efficient. Though I find setting up automated chat bots is a bit tricky, their customer service is fast and very helpful. They even gave me some more ideas on how to use it and how to better interact with customers! Thanks Tidio :)

I left 6 months ago because all the replies to mobiles were jumbled and went with shopify inbox. Now its gone i've had to come back but i have the same problem. No one can read my replies via mobile. Also I find alot of the replies go to peoples junk mail and they never see them. I think its better to reply in the app.

This app is so useful to connect with customer real time. Arek from customer service was extremely helpful when I had problem in the chat. He helped right away and solved my problem. Highly recommend this app!

This app is extremely useful and well made. It has multilingual built-in features and the bots are incredibly helpful for increasing sales and subscribers. The customer support was absolutely PERFECT. Jakub helped me with lots of difficult questions, he resolved all my problems immediately and showed me lots of interesting possibilities.

I love Tidio. I'm solo on customer support online, and using their tool allows me to handle customer requests from all my devices no matter where I am. I've set up a number of chatbots (premium feature) to handle FAQ and situations where customers just need a little extra guidance, but it's generally the same set of questions about pickups, wholesale or custom products. When there are a lot of customers shopping, this takes the pressure off an lets me focus on the ones who need specific help making their purchase. Being able to see what pages customers have visited and see their questions as they type them (both premium features that are worth it), make providing support much faster and easier. I'm also really happy with the level of support Tidio's team provides. They've been very responsive and helpful.
