We’ve been using Tidio for our online store, and it has become an essential part of our business. We also have a physical shop, but Tidio feels like our second store online—we honestly couldn’t run without it.

Very easy to get set up and use. We use live chat with Lyro and flows. Lyro is very helpful with answering shopper questions and it keeps getting better the more information it learns. Very helpful for a small business with limited staff.

Love having all messages in one place! Makes our support much more streamlined. Although, I wish spam was filtered out a bit better, and Messanger messages could be replied to after the current window allows.
