The AI chatbot has completely transformed how I handle customer service, it responds instantly, helps customers find what they need, and solves issues even when I’m away. It’s freed up so much of my time, letting me focus on actually growing my business instead of being tied to support messages all day. If you’re running an online store, Tidio’s automation is worth every penny, it feels like having a full-time team member who never sleeps.

Great app and really improved upselling and also the customer interaction element that you can't always achieve with every customer. Not a big review writer but would highly recommend the app, even more so if you utilise all of the flow options.

I’m just getting started with Tidio, and the feature set already looks tremendous for my business. As a small operation, I can’t afford a lot of staff, and Tidio lets me take chat to a whole new level compared with Birdeye. I’ve built topic-based flows that deliver the information my visitors are looking for—no human needed. When an answer is elusive, the conversation automatically escalates to live chat or forwards to my email so I can follow up and close the loop. General questions are answered quickly by pulling relevant details from my website, and the replies read naturally—clear and human, not robotic. I’m looking forward to the impact on labor savings, higher conversions, and better customer satisfaction.
