Tidio is saving us a lot of time. Still some figuring out and configuring, but it's a very powerful tool for us.

Tidio is learning constantly and improving. In the first few weeks we needed to follow and step in a few times, but now, after 3 months - it is handling all the customer service on its own! It is amazing how much time and stress it takes off!

Good app easy to setup and lots of options for setting up conversation flows only thing i would like to see an improvment for is to notify via email faster once the bot get stuck or if the user askes to speak to a human
