Training the Lyro Agent is very simply. I used Chat GPT to help create the .csv file for FAQ's for our business in the required format and asked Chat GPT to go wide on certain keywords we were using to describe our porducts and vehciles that we make our products for i.e. colloquial names of vehicle models. It has worked fantastically well on chat.

Tidio has been a great addition to our store. The setup was quick and integration with Shopify was seamless. The live chat helps us connect instantly with potential customers, and the AI chatbot does a solid job at handling common questions automatically — saving our team time. We especially like how customizable the chatflows are — it feels more human than most chatbot tools we’ve tried. The dashboard is clean, and their support team is responsive. If you’re running a small to mid-sized store and want a simple way to boost engagement and conversions without hiring more staff, this is worth installing.

This app has a lot of features. I'm still figuring them out. It's not the most user-friendly app, but maybe it's just me. Shopify Inbox was super easy and served my purpose, but it had a lot of bugs...will keep trying with Tidio.

We've been using Tidio for years. It's a must have to build customer confidence. Adding Lyro has been amazing. It does a better job than we do when answering questions. We love it.
