Way Way Way too Expensive and does not work well. You need about $500/mo to run this app. I spent 50 hours setting up the app on the trial. Then, when I chose a plan, it said 250 conversations for $59 per month. But then only AFTER I subscribed, did the system tell me that I also had to subscribe to 3 other apps in order for it to operate. This is misleading at best. we will uninstall and use another app. Support was useless.

The app is good but the tech support is not so good. I have been having an issue of receiving mutiple duplicate emails in our dashboard for over a month now and the team has not been able to resolve the same. Sometimes their team takes over a week to respond. I would like to escalate this issue to their senior team so they can resolve my query as soon as possible.

This app is a great tool to talk directly with your customers and really opens up the support line for them. would like to see the individual operators be open within the plan price and not have to pay extra for each operator

great app. Easy to use, great function and real time support. Would be great if there were more options for smaller businesses as some of the upgrades are costly but would be of benefit.

Echt geweldige app! Zit nu nog in trial fase en ben echt aan het rondkijken en testen,maar ben zo enthousiast, Zeer overzichtelijk en veel mogelijkheden voor een gestroomlijnde communicatie op je website,veel extras,ik ga voor premium,echt een aanrader!

They respond very quickly and helped me with all my questions. Great company, amazing service! I would recommend it for everyone who is looking for an excellent chatbot
