I have always been assisted promptly and correctly when I have needed assistance. Chette is who I have spoken with numerous times, and I am always happy when I receive her assistance. The clothing is gorgeous and the customer service is phenomenal I would recommend Trendsi to anyone.

Kind of clueless about how to start and Anya just spent the better part of an hour on the live chat with me answering all of my questions with links, diagrams, etc. she was really patient and gave the confidence to take the next step. Thanks Anya!

Great customer support! Lorie just made my day! I have been struggling for days and finally made up my mind to contact the customer support. And with in minutes she solved the out of stock problem of my inventory!! I am really thankful!! She taught me each and every thing step my step, screenshot by screenshot! I have never had a better customer support anywhere in the whole wide world! Honestly!

Got my first order after including some styles on my website only a week prior. Had several questions regarding setup and Raymart was extremely helpful in answering all of them. Trendsi is in a league of its own in terms of excellent product selection, quality, affordability and speedy shipping, but today, I learned how amazing their customer service is! I called with a tech problem that was preventing me from loading new products onto my online shop. My customer service goddess, Chette, walked my 54-year-old computer illiterate self step-by-step as we tried to discover what was causing the error...for close to an hour! She did not give up on me or on fixing the problem. When she finally was able to find what I had done wrong, she helped me fix it, then stayed with me to make sure I could successfully load products and that all my questions were answered. Chette was so patient, friendly and kind - phenomenal! She never made me feel stupid, always saying it was a team effort and we would find the solution. This was THE most positive customer service I have ever had - anywhere. Thank you Chette, and thank you Trendsi. Hi, I am new to trendsi, I just recently launched items to my shopify store. I had a question about an order that had not been fulfilled. I emailed customer support and received a response from Raymart. He was very descriptive in his explanation of the processes and even sent me examples of where to find different filters. Great customer service Raymart.

I just finish chatting we "Lorie" of customer service. She was courteous, knowledgeable, patience and thorough. She answered all my questions and believe me, I had a lot of questions. The app is very easy to use, and they have a great selection of products. The apps work well with the Shopify platform.

I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI. I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing! Thank you TRENDSI & Harold for all your help with my first order!

Today I made my first sale. I was extremely excited. I discovered that my account wasn’t completely set up. I emailed customer support at 2:00am and within 3 minutes I received an email from RayMart. He was the best! He was so patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of the process. I have never engaged in such customer service in my life. Wow I am completely blown away. I can tell he has been trained with customer etiquette. If only we can get more customer service like RayMart displayed. What an amazing experience!
