First let me start by saying the products are beautiful !!!! I Had An Amazing Experience with Trendsi ! , I had the pleasure of having "Anya" help me with the entire process of taking care of my first order . she was quite fast at responding & completed my first order in no time . So far my experience with Trendsi has been pleasant i have had no issues .

I love Trendsi so far and everything I have ordered has been great quality and TTS but I am most impressed with the customer service I just received from Raymart! He answered all of my questions and was so nice about it and so willing to help! I fully believe that customer service will make or break a company and for people like me who HATE reaching out to anyone for help, he made it the most pleasant experience and now i'm not so nervous to reach back out for help!

I started using Trendsi about 2 months ago. I have been very pleased with how easy it has been to share products to my Shopify store and the selection of both missy/jr & plus sizing. Today I had a question about a drop ship order and used the chat feature on Trendsi. It was very easy and Mia was extremely timely and helpful. She answered all my questions about tracking a specific order. Great service by Mia!

I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time. Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.

I am very pleased to have Trendsi as my dropshipping option. It has been a great experience so far. I had few issues more from my lock of inexperience on the process but Trendsi support, Gretle was super patience, and very knowledagble. I am very happy with your support.

Trendsi has amazing products, trendy yet classy. Clear beautiful product images, products are easy to upload to shopify store, with auto upates, and inventory sync. Orders placed in shopify can be instantly sent to Trendsi for processing, and Trendsi will update shipping info with my customers through shopify. Live online customer support is 24/7, fast responding and helpful. Allan, Chette and other representatives answered my questions and solved my issues every time i contacted them. They are fantastic!

I am new to Shopify and Trendsi, but I am so interested in getting my store off the ground and functioning smoothly for my clients...and me. Ha Ha Ha Anyway, I just wanted to write a good note for one of my Managers, Raymart. I was having difficulty altering some product pricing, which I had already pushed to my store. I had a chat with Raymart and within a few seconds, he provided me a solution that saved me from having to remove and re-push to my store via using a bulk edit in the Shopify Admin. How great that was and it saved me hours of work too. Anyway, thank you again Raymart and I hope other shop owners have similar customer service experiences, while working with Trendsi.

2/13/24: Hi, I had an issue with products not syncing up properly in my store and Dave was so patient in helping me out, and fixed it. It took a lot of back and forth email exchanges in real-time while we were troubleshooting it. He was able to give me precise directions and finally fixed it for me, thank goodness for that!! Thank you so much Dave!! Hi, I'm new to Trendsi. So far, my experience has been great because the staff Allan guided me through the entire process for onboarding, he was very patient, explaining each step along the way, and with screenshots as well. At no point did he show any impatience or anything like that. I just hope I can have everything set up and working properly, within the next one week.
