Trendsi seems to be a very helpful company. Most companies I'm coming across are not very helpful and I feel lost. I am a new business owner and need a lot of help, advice etc. I had the please of speaking with Karen tonight and she was very prompt and patient with all my questions. I really didn't think I would get a response so late in the evening but help was near and I truly appreciate it. So thank you, Karen!

We're recently starting to use the Trendsi App in our Store again after we uninstalled the app because they weren't shipping to Canada, now that they are we've reinstalled the app again, and we are trying it. So far it's working fine. I have seen that their products look really good, so I have high expectations that my customers will like them very much. So far we haven't had any problem whatsoever with their service although is very recent so I'll update this review in the near future and punctuate accordingly.

Gretle was very quick to assist with my concerns, and to get my questions resolved. She is even going above and beyond to assist with finding a solution for my shipping question even after out chat ended. Very pleased with my first time using the help chat!

Awesome costumer service. I'm very fortunate to have found Trendsi. The quality of the products is amazing and their Costumer service is superb. They have 24/7 chat assistance and always make sure to answer all of your questions. Every Customer Service rep that I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. (For any questions or concerns I've had, not necessarily complains) So for I've dealt with a few: Karen, Miles, Maria, Charmaine, Lhirose, Angelo and Audrey. As you could see, there is always someone ready to answer your questions not a robot. Phenomenal customer service. Superb Customer service always!

This is the most professional dropshipping company to work with. It’s based in the United States and the system is wonderful. They have my company logo on the receipt of every order, the clothes are great quality, they will go above and beyond for ANY problems which rarely occurs, the images are available for me to use for my company, and keep in mind that their giving this to you for free. What I don’t like about other dropshipping apps is that most will give you a directory list of clients to work with and that takes up a lot of research and extra time to not only be occupied with, but they also make you pay for it as well! That’s time taken away from running my company. I like apps like trendy whom are direct dropship suppliers. Thank you trendsi!!! Faustina is very helpful!!

So far so good! The samples that I've ordered have been top notch. Orders ship fast. Great Customer Service. They even have a Facebook Community for us. Absolutely awesome!

Trendsi is amazing! It is really easy to add products to my store and customer service is awesome. I have never had an issue with the App. Customer support rocks! I never have to wait too long for someone to get back to me if I have a question or issue. I had the pleasure of having Lee and Angelo Carlo help me recently and I was really impressed with the help I received from them. They were knowledgeable, and super helpful! I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for an awesome dropshipper!
