Excellent app for cross-sell and upsell. It’s easy to set up and works smoothly without slowing down the store. The customization options are very useful, and Amrutha was extremely helpful, responsive, and guided us clearly through the setup. The customer service is extremely good. I don't leave very often a review but this was really.. i got more help than on paid apps. I spoke with a real human, not a chat bot, and they helped with a problem on my side (brave browser was blocking teh widget) and also made live customisations to the widget. Really.. i am surprised. The assistant was Aleena. Not sure about others :). Thank you!

Outstanding support and powerful upsell app UFE is easily one of the best upsell apps I’ve used on Shopify, both in terms of functionality and—most importantly—support. The app itself is very flexible and lets you build clean, high-converting upsells without slowing down the store. What truly impressed me was the support. The support agent(Amrutha) literally spent hours guiding me step by step, helping with setup, customization, and making sure everything worked perfectly with my theme. This wasn’t rushed or generic support—she genuinely cared about getting things done right. If you’re looking for an upsell app backed by a team that actually helps you succeed (not just links you to docs), UFE is a no-brainer. Highly recommended. i had to ask chat gpt to write this for me cause i couldn't completely describe how i feel :D

expensive, useless, terrible experience. Had hard time unsubsribe the app, after I uninstalled the app, I still got charged.

After checking your account, we can confirm that you uninstalled the app on December 2nd, and no charges were applied beyond that date.
