I’ve had a great experience using Wati. The platform is smooth, easy to use, and very reliable. Customer support is quick and helpful whenever I need anything. Overall, it has made my communication workflow much easier. Highly recommended!

Worst app! Very hard to set up. And the worst part is, you can't remove/deregister your business, and you are now stuck as you can't use any other app. I'm too frustrated, more than 6 hours trying to deregister my number, and it's still linked.

The app has no support system in place, it's just emails giving you useless updates. We unfortunately subscribed to the annual plan and it's been a very bad experience using WATI. I hope we get our money back or someone could atleast come on a call and help us set things us. Anyway, can't recommend an app with such poor support

We’ve been using Wati with Shopify for our brand Koi Water Hyderabad, and it’s been a complete game-changer for our customer communication and sales process. We use Wati’s WhatsApp API to handle order updates, automate responses, and run sales campaigns directly from WhatsApp. The integration with Shopify makes it super easy to track and message customers right after checkout, and the automation saves us hours every day. The broadcast and chatbot features are excellent — we use them to promote new koi food offers, send reminders, and answer product queries instantly. The dashboard is clean, and the support team is very responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for any eCommerce brand that wants to improve customer engagement and boost conversions through WhatsApp. Wati has become a core part of our customer service and marketing at Koi Water Hyderabad!

DONT SUBSCRIBE TO WATI !! This wati is misleading WhatsApp and should not be in Shopify AT ALL. First it is not working at all, I could not upload the contact list even after following the instructions carefully. That’s mean I lost my messages credits beside the subscription!! Secondly, there is no technical support and will have to only deal with useless chatpot. Even after sending them e-mail no human support. I don’t think it is real and don’t recommend it

One of the worst Customer support they have. Their buggy automated message do not work as they mention. And this issue we facing for all 3 days and no single support from them. Waste of money do not purchase from them.Ticket has been raised with them and no proper response is given from their customer support

if youd like the rest of your day to be an absolute headache, WATI is for you! theyll make you sign out of whatsapp on your phone and login through another portal. youll then have no access to whatsapp on your phone at all. if you change the number to another number, youll still have no access to your original whatsapp account. ive been locked out of my profile all day now, not a single message has been responded to. the integrate STILL doesnt even work. upon trying to delete your WATI account youll find that theyve made this IMPOSSIBLE, trying to lock you in for the 7 day trial to force you to make payments. upon contacting them to delete your account youll have no response. AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL. Im still trying to DELETE this terrible application and return my whatsapp profile to normal.

STAY AWAY FROM WATI. SCAM AND NOT SECURE - WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS WATI is the worst platform we’ve ever dealt with. We are a business based in Iraq, and their incompetence has caused us nothing but damage. Our account was hacked, and someone sent thousands of spam messages to Indonesia – a country we don’t even operate in! Our inbox is now full of garbage messages in a language we can’t read, and their system is so insecure that the hacker has been able to keep draining our credits, which we paid for. As if that wasn’t enough, WATI’s negligence got our WhatsApp Business account suspended for violating WhatsApp’s terms of service. So now we’ve lost our money, our main communication channel, and countless hours trying to fix the chaos they created. And where is WATI’s support team? Completely unresponsive. They’ve ignored every email we’ve sent. It’s like they don’t care at all that their shoddy platform has destroyed our operations. Every single day that this issue isn’t resolved, our business takes another hit. WATI is not just unreliable – they’re a liability. Their platform is unsafe, their support is non-existent, and their impact on our business has been catastrophic. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from WATI. They don’t deserve a single penny from anyone.

We’ve been working with Wati for over three years now, and they have made significant improvements in their functionalities. They have understood the needs of agents and companies to create an effective and easy-to-use chatbot. Wati offers key features that are stable, user-friendly, and scalable, including an intuitive bot builder and comprehensive API documentation. As of now they are working AI functionalities, and offer everything else. Useful for small to big companies from basic to advance chatbots. Their support team is ok but given the difference in time zone, its sometimes slow on the replays. WHen i say slow, i mean 1 to 3 days but they usually replay.
