Reached out to the support team to be verified and the experience was great. I worked with Joann and not one time did I feel rushed, as a newbie to this platform it took me a while to figure out everything. She was so helpful and patient. Thank you for your assistance!

I was about to delete the app because I found the service too complicated and difficult to use. However, when I was politely asked why I was leaving, Rock, the representative, stepped in and addressed every single issue I had. As a result, I decided to continue using the service, and I truly think it was the best customer support experience ever.

I use many of Yotpo's products because I love the way they can be layered into a cohesive marketing strategy. I have been using their reviews app for I think over 10 years, and Subscriptions and Loyalty apps for over a year. I'm finally diving into the Email and SMS app, after using many other competitors over the years. Melvin has helped me out a few times, and he's been excellent! My learning curve to get started with their Email has been a little more than with other apps, but I feel this is because their Email/SMS app is more robust than some of the others in terms of creating clever "flows" and hyper-specific segmentation options. When I had a technical issue, Melvin solved it in literal seconds. Thanks Yotpo! You save the day once again!

I had a beautiful experience with PL. Very experienced, patient and informative. She knew exactly what I needed to get done in order to get me on my way. I truly appreciate her authenticity and professionalism. This is my first time working with Yopto and I am grateful PL was there to be of support!

I have struggled a bit to set up my first email campaign, but I got support from Quin and I feel very grateful she helped with the last step I was missing with some coupons I wanted to integrate. Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE APP & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their email editor is very glitchy. Which was disappointing after spending 3 hours setting everything up. When you go to edit text or email messages the editor wont let me add emoji's and will put my texts in random places. I cleared my cache, restarted my computer and all to have tech support tell me to use a different browser... um excuse me? I use the same browser (chrome) for ALLL other shopify apps so why should I have to use a special one for a app rated 4.9 stars? I gave up and wasted my time with this. Don't recommend because even if the editor works on your browser tech support is no help
