Quin brought to me very effective support in the installment and set up of the app so it can run appropriately. I recommend this app, has qualified people to help to any issue and of course the app has many tools for promoting sells. Very good.

I have been using this app for the past two years, the sms campaign part of things Is a complete scam. Recently I’ve noticed that the campaigns aren’t being sent to my customers and the app is overcharging for messages sent. I’ve reached out each time and a ticket is created with no resolution and broken promises. I will be moving to a different app.

Yotpo is a great SMS & Emailing marketing app. I appreciated their ease of use. Marnie E. was a great help in getting me set up to send messages to my customers and be able to grow my store.

Brilliant app - could be a little more user friendly with editing emails etc but on the whole has been great! Joann was very helpful in resolving a recent issue we had with verifications. Thanks Joann!
