Rocky N was very patience and took the extra mile to help me get set up from start to finish!!!!! 10/10!!! After needing help again, a nice gentleman named Jay L was just as great! Everyone on their team is very helpful! They both went above and beyond for UADA SKIN!

Great app, i have used this with many stores for years. Now im activating my for a new store. This app is a "Must" for abandonment charts. Grat support, in this case PL helped me to activate the account

Customer service, particularly Rock, was very easy to work with and resolved my issue quickly. Went the extra step and guided me to every page, every text, every step i needed to accomplish what i needed. went from almost deleting the app to smooth sailing

I've only used this company for their reviews over the years.. I used the SMS marketing feature once & i liked how it worked.. however i recently tried to use this feature again & says i need to to validate my number.. ? Anyways, Quin was very attentive to my challenges & I am grateful for her help ! thank you !

I had some publishing issues. I talked to John D in the Chat and he was really nice and helpful. Very good and fast support. Plus points for beeing nice and felt like very good support.

I reached out to have my TFN verified. Jay helped me resolve this issued within 4-5 minutes. That's great customer service. Jay was very nice and helpful.

This company is all about customer service and making sure that they not only understand the app but marketing strategies and why they are important! I love love how detailed they are in tutorials and the customer experience. John D was such a great help in my onboarding process, would recommend.
