Quin was great and provided me with all the links I needed for verification. Quin was able to get everything over to me quickly and the whole process was completed quicker than I thought! This app as a whole has been our go to marketing resource and we are still learning more about all it can do.

The app purposely reports fake ROI data to incentivise you to spend more on sent emails. When we contacted them showing fake ROI reports on orders that were included in results despite having nothing to do with sent email campaigns they only said that they could not provide information on how the data is calculated and closed the ticket. We're reporting them for a gross violation of the Shopify Partner Agreement, and hopefully, we'll see them gone from the Shopify app store soon. According to our legal, knowingly providing fake ROI reports to manipulate you into increased spending meets a legal definition of fraud, so we will likely take matters further.

I recently had a great experience with Yotpo’s chat support. The representative was patient, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly. They provided clear explanations, offered helpful resources, and ensured I fully understood the solution. Customer service, particularly Rock, was very easy to work with and resolved my issue quickly. Went the extra step and guided me to every page, every text, every step i needed to accomplish what i needed. went from almost deleting the app to smooth sailing
