A pretty good app that helps with communicating with customers and announcing sales and such! I had an issue with logging in and accidental charges, and John D. helped me resolve it quickly and they will be refunding me, which I very much appreciate!

I wanted to use abandoned checkout emails, so I set everything up, only to later realize that the emails weren’t being sent. I contacted support, and they informed me that my account was not validated—something that was never mentioned anywhere. When I asked them to validate it, they insisted that I needed to add SMS marketing policies to my store policies, even though I only wanted to use email marketing. I don’t see why this should be required for email-only users. Very frustrating experience.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS , DOESN'T WORK, THE SUPPORT IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY CUT AND CHARGE MONEY AND THE APP DOESNT WORK
