I haven't had the chance to fully test this app's functionality yet, as I am still setting up everything in preparation to launch my Shopify store. What I can say is that the customer service has been very helpful, clear, and instructive, especially John D. I would give their service 5 stars. However, though the app itself feels very robust in its functionality, it feels clunky and difficult to navigate. I would say it's not very intuitive or user friendly, though I can still technically do what I need to with it. I found other pop-up apps much more intuitive than this one, and there are small things in the design features that annoy me, like how big the floating button is for its pop-ups without the option to change its size or to change the size of the pop-up itself. But ultimately I still begrudingly chose to go with Yotpo because of the comprehensiveness of what it can provide in email campaigns (its integration with Canva was one thing I really liked), sms marketing options, automated flows, and analytics.

We have only just downloaded the app today, but we were getting a bit confused here and there so we reached out for tech support, and Quin was an immense help. They were attentive, quick to respond, understanding of our many questions, and was overall a delight. Really hlped us get things started and we cannot wait to move forward using this app.

The app is terrible, I have spent many weeks to setup and raised many tickets to support. After follow all of their guidance, the simple Abandoned Checkout Flow still does not work. dont understand why there are too many good reviews. Customer service agents have no ideas about their app. Poor support, wasting alot of time. After getting all of my customer emails, the app can not do anything.

The customer service has been great. I ran into some issues with getting my verification of my number. Customer service jumped on and walked me through the issue and got it resolved. Love this app. It has been great for my business.

Visited with a couple of reps, and got no where BUT then Rock N helped me!!! Really knocked it out of the park and made it simple. Walked me through step by step instead of just sending me to a tutorial!

My experience with Yopto Email Marketing & SMS has been really good, I am new to all of this and did not know where to start. I needed help and went on the chat assistance. Tried moving over from Klaviyo and had the worst experience and worst customer service I've ever dealt with (John D.). Would not recommend at all
