John D was a lot of help! I needed help with something and he was quickly able to answer all of my questions and solve my problem as quick as possible. Customer service was top notch! Never have to worry able any questions I have because someone is always there to help me.

I'm only just getting started, but the user interface of the app is clear and easy to navigate. I had a few questions when I first started and Rock N in the customer service team was really helpful. They explained everything clearly and even logged into my Shopify account and helped me add the terms I needed to add on the privacy policy to make sure I was verified correctly. Highly recommend so far!

I reached out to Yotpo support and was working with PL. She helped me input the correct terms for the privacy policy and TOS. This was very helpful as I needed to verify my toll free number. Thank you for the help and getting the TFN process started for me!

I've been using the application since 2020 (SMS Bump at the time) and now, for no reason at all, the flows of abandoned cart are no longer being sent. The support is useless.

I created an email template, and it completely vanished—just disappeared. Thankfully, I had sent a test email to myself from the campaign, so support was able to help recreate it. After we finished the email campaign, we wanted to follow up with subscribers who didn’t open the first email. Unfortunately, the platform doesn’t offer this feature, which is a pretty standard option in most email marketing tools. I requested a refund of $7.50 since we couldn’t use that key functionality, but they did not honor the request.

The app works really well and I am learning more new features every day. I had an issue with importing customers and 'PL" jumped right in and solved my problem right away! Very grateful for the excellent service.
