Marnie was great. Customer service was excellent. Very patient and helpful… I hope everything works out. i’m happy that 10,000 emails are free per month. Also, Quin was very helpful and efficient and helped me lots. Wonderful spirit.

Regie was great help as I began using the app! Walked me through many steps and made it much easier for me by sending links to the chat. Definitely recommend this app and their great support team! Very responsive support. I had a problem sending SMS messages. I contacted support. Regie quickly understood what was going on and told me what to do to validate my account. In a few minutes the problem was resolved. Thanks Regie

This is the best SMS app. I use it on all of my stores. Melvin was a great support agent as well, helping me to refund because I was closing once of my stores.
