Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like they hire people with no experience or knowledge about their product to talk to you. I am not hating, I am just talking about my own experience. No help whatsoever, they don't even care. Why have support if you can't support it?

unfortunately marketing promises more than what the product actually delivers. Onboard and IP warming process is very manual and segmenting are limited. There billing process is fair, the software is fast & responsive, and support (Melvin) was great. With the lack of limited shopify marketing integration and extremely aggressive push towards SMS doesn't look like this platform is the right choice for us.

If the free plan of this app is this superb imagine the kind of good successes the paid plan would bring to a diligent business. Yotpo is worth it. They make sure you follow through to add respect for customers' privacy in your private policy and terms and conditions. Their agents like Joann was patient, elaborative, and kind throughout the validating of my business account. I appreciate using Yotpo to thank my customers and keep in touch with them.

Support team of Yotpo is fantastic everything was fast my person from support team was Marie she helped me a lot, and I am incredibly grateful for it. The apps takes a bit more effort to be fully set up :/. I was able to speak with Melvin and he was able to give me a guide to get started and was really helpful.
