I think this app is great. Easy to use and easy to set up automations. The customer support was very friendly and helpful. PL was the agent i spoke to, she was nice

I am new to Yotpo, and PL was a lot of help with assisting me through the verification process. I am hoping the app is as easy to use as the process was. Looking forward to increasing my conversion rates.

I started off on the free plan, at some point it got changed (not by me) to the "starter plan" of $19/month. All this is billed through Shopify so I didn't see the charges until months later. Other charges were done that I was not aware of. When asked what for they kept telling me they will reach out to the billing department and get back to me. They don't have these charges within my account to see what for. It is ridiculous. I get the charges for reloading my account for the SMS which is $20 each time, but all the other charges don't make sense and so hard to get a hold of someone.
