I have started trying out this service today. For users like us, who are just beginning with newsletter distribution and do not have a well-established system, offering up to 10,000 free emails without any restrictions on the number of subscribers is incredibly helpful. The PL who initially assisted us provided clear and concise answers, which quickly resolved our questions. We feel confident in using this service. We are excited to start sending out our new newsletters to customers with this service soon.

Recently installed the APP. Very easy to use. I ran into a little issue re policies and SMS but contacted and spoke to Melvin, had me sorted within a few minutes . Very happy with this app and customer service is amazing.

Certain things about the customization seemed quite limited to me, so I deleted it. However, customer service is a solid 10, quick service, quality. Thank you Melvin for helping me with deleting my account.
