PL's helped me so many times over the years, best support agent in the game. loved SMSBUMP but since adding all the new features, its super buggy. I'd choose Klaviyo for email and this for SMS

I appreciate the awesome customer support from Joann and their entire team. The chat support online chat is very timely and helpful. Using the platform takes some practice but with the great support it makes it easy and that's why I rate it 5 stars.

Great App and Great customer service. The service was stellar, I had an agent by the name of Joann C that gave me the information that I needed to execute and update my terms and service to start sending out sms messages and she was very patient throughout the process. I am a forever customer and thanks Joann for all of his help! We need more agents like you.

I had the pleasure to work with Marnie on chat this morning. She was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, and really helped me through the process of adding SMS to my account. Marnie is the epitome of customer service. I wish I had associates as well versed and as kind as Marnie. My greatest hope/wish is that anytime I need to chat, I would be connected to Marnie. Marnie if you are seeing this, GREAT JOB!!!1

Your app created discounts in our shop yesterday without our approval. We do not offer discounts and do not want a discount field showing at checkout. We did not create any new campaigns or automations that would require discounts to be created. We literarily haven't touched the settings for weeks. It should not be taking financially impactful actions in our store without explicit action on our part.
