Have been using Yotpo with another Store for years and was great. Migrating to Shopify now and had an issue with accounts linking. Spoke with Jeorge Veri of Yotpo support and he corrected the issue immediately. You could say I am 'Veri' happy with the response I received.

Incredibly helpful and efficient Customer Service, versatile Platform. Every time I contact them them are able to help and resolve any issues. I had Reymon Alvero a few times who has incredible knowledge and very efficient. Thank you very much!

I had trouble getting my reviews to show on my website, and I reached out to customer support. Vien reached out and was able to resolved the issue quickly, and right before my brand relauch! I was very pleased with the result and how fast I recieved an answer.

So far so good. It delivers exactly what I need. I have had a decent response rate from customer's providing reviews. I have needed to contact support a few times now (mostly because I am new to Yotpo and needed assistance in the setup), and the service has always been prompt, efficient and expert.
