I love this!!! It looks so professional for our website and the emails requesting them after purchase are very helpful so we have a steady flow. I had some trouble with the reviews appearing at first and Manny from support was very helpful in guiding me to figure out the settings.

We recently changed themes in our store and the widget disappeared. Howell was super helpful in getting things up and running again and in record time. We love using Yotpo and the customer service is always A1! Keep up the great work you guys!

I really love the control I get over messaging and branding with Yotpo. And their customer service is the best. Always prompt and helpful...and easy to reach (which is very unusual these days!).

Jo Lorenz went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had regarding putting the widget on my page. Also went to the extent of having the rating added to the top of my product page, which is so helpful as I work on building trust with customers. Great app and great customer service

So far, so good. Customer support has been quick to respond, even though we're currently on the free plan. "Growth" seems a little pricey for the upgrades that it offers, but if we see good engagement and conversions, we might swing for it (as a brand-first business, I can only stand the thought of sending non-customizable reviews emails for so long).

Jorge provided us with the best customer service! So patient and extremely helpful! We had an issue with our theme change over and he assisted us in getting set back up.
