Sometimes there are challenges to no-code implementation but their support is responsive, for example, Arven assisted me today in implementing Reviews Widget on the Homepage which was a custom modification.

We just installed the Yopto app for the first time and had some issues. Tech support answered our email immediately and resolved the problem. This all happened in the evening, I didn't expect after hours support, and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks John G. for the great support!

The app works well, and I received great customer service from Doner P helping to resolve an issue with duplicate reviews when migrating my reviews from Shopify Reviews to Yotpo.

Great app and customer service. I had trouble with showing my star rating on products due to my theme being customised. Mitch helped me out and got it working

Honestly, it was a long way to get our review from our previous review app to Yotpo. Your support manager Daniel helped me a lot with importing reviews and answered all my questions patiently. I like it and thanks a lot for help! Yotpo features look promising. Hope to have good experience futher.

Yotpo has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had issues getting the widget to show up under the products on my collection pages. When I reached out for help, John G quickly responded and resolved my issue. He saved me from the headache of trying to edit the code myself. Highly recommend. Any issues you have they will solve.

Does exactly what you need the app to do. We needed to transfer some reviews and John G was such a rockstar. He was really speedy, clear, and responsive. Most of these stars are for John ;) Update: Needed more help and Vien Saints E was so patient and covered everything I needed in record time. Yotpo support is pretty stellar!
