I have been working with Zendrop for nearly two years, and throughout this time I have encountered various technical and operational challenges related to sourcing, store management, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery to my customers. Each time a concern arose, I contacted the Zendrop Team and consistently received prompt responses, clear explanations, and practical solutions. These many communication exchanges were not only helpful in resolving issues, but also became valuable learning opportunities that helped me grow from zero experience to operating a fully functional and structured store today. Product quality and fulfillment reliability are extremely important to me. The team always took my concerns seriously and followed through to ensure safe delivery and high standards until the product reached the customer. They charged me $49 USD even though I didn't use it, never linked any products, didn't sell anything, I only installed it on January 28th and uninstalled it on February 1st. Again, I never used it and they still charged me. It's a rip-off. I want a refund, as it's not fair that I'm being charged for the $49 Plus plan that I didn't choose.

Products take forever to ship out. There is no support, and customers report poor quality. There is an issue with almost every order. Would not recommend these guys.
