I have been working with Zendrop for nearly two years, and throughout this time I have encountered various technical and operational challenges related to sourcing, store management, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery to my customers. Each time a concern arose, I contacted the Zendrop Team and consistently received prompt responses, clear explanations, and practical solutions. These many communication exchanges were not only helpful in resolving issues, but also became valuable learning opportunities that helped me grow from zero experience to operating a fully functional and structured store today. Product quality and fulfillment reliability are extremely important to me. They charged me $49 USD even though I didn't use it, never linked any products, didn't sell anything, I only installed it on January 28th and uninstalled it on February 1st. Again, I never used it and they still charged me. It's a rip-off. I want a refund, as it's not fair that I'm being charged for the $49 Plus plan that I didn't choose.

Products take forever to ship out. There is no support, and customers report poor quality. There is an issue with almost every order. Would not recommend these guys.

I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

As someone who’s just getting started with dropshipping, Zendrop has been very easy to navigate. Adding products to my store was simple and straightforward, and the platform feels beginner-friendly without being overwhelming.I haven’t placed a large number of orders yet, but the setup process, product importing, and overall layout have made launching my store much smoother than I expected. Zendrop customer service has really been phenomenal! Every time I have had to contact them I’ve always received a quick response and they exceeded my expectations by answering all my questions and show so much concern about my issues I was having in my Shopify store, and even made me feel even more special with a follow up phone call from Darlene, checking to see if the issues I was having was resolved, or if they needed to continue to help me with it after I did not respond to them via email. You all are so reliable and so helpful and I appreciate you so very much for your help and your quick . Regardless of the difference between our time zones, I still appreciated the level of promptness and acknowledgement with back-and-forth correspondences to ensure the fulfilment team can proceed to resolve and complete in prep for shipment. My initial queries were quite technical with regards to how Zendrop works and I was surprised to the promptness in the responses containing detailed steps to follow. The information helped me understand the back admin better with the linked products.
