After Order #1018 had to be canceled because the original product was removed by the supplier, Nyka carefully explained that Zendrop could not simply replace the SKU within the existing order. Instead of leaving me to figure everything out on my own, she took the time to explain the correct process step by step. Nyka instructed me to duplicate the original order in Shopify, remove the out-of-stock product, add the approved replacement product, select the correct Black and White Butterfly Comb variant, enter the approved replacement SKU 1773686309643190276, match the replacement order total to the original order amount of $28.98, mark the duplicated order as Paid instead of collecting payment again since my customer had already paid for the original order, and finally create the new order so it would automatically sync with Zendrop as Order #1019. When I was concerned about accidentally charging my customer a second time, Nyka immediately clarified the correct procedure and explained exactly how to complete the duplicate order without requesting another payment from the customer. That guidance gave me the confidence to finish creating the replacement order correctly. Because of Nyka's clear instructions, I was able to successfully create Order #1019, which synchronized with Zendrop, was paid, and has now progressed to In Transit. Throughout our conversation, Nyka was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She clearly understood the urgency of saving the sale before the payment authorization expired and provided the guidance I needed to successfully resolve the issue. I love Zendrop. This is my first foray into drop shipping and they have been so incredibly helpful. I use the chat function for any questions and if it is something pertaining to product info that the chat can't answer, I get a response from a live person, usually the same day. I also attend their live weekly workshops on topics pertaining to building a store, researching products, etc., and their live store reviews. They also provide Zendrop Academy with a huge range of videos pertaining to running a drop shipping business. Really great information and lots of help. Highly recommend.

A good and reliable supplier with excellent customer support.

I read many reviews on Trustpilot, some were bad and some were good. So I didn’t know if I really should choose Zendrop. But after subscribing to the Plus Plan using it very intensely I can say that Zendrop is really great. They offer a lot of products for good prices and ship them in under 10 Days, I tried it myself and ordered Sample Products. The support is excellent, really fast answers and competent people. What I also really like is the ability to create your own Thank you cards as well as the Print on demand feature where you can create your own designs very easily. All in all a really great solution for Dropshippers.

I recommend this app, they offer a wide variety of products and it’s super simple to connect to your shopify store. Customer service is friendly and efficient!
