I was having difficulties with product sourcing, but I received help, and they kept in touch with me for several days to find a solution. Even though it was my first time using Zendrop, I was able to send products to Shopify without much difficulty. It was an incredible experience for me.

The support team, made up of both AI agents AND real, live persons (!), is absolutely fantastic! There is almost no delay at all in their responses to whatever your problem may be, and they dig in thoroughly to fix it for you. They also check back in with you afterwards, just to see how you are! No other "support" team or member has done that for me before. I cannot thank them enough for helping solve the multiple problems I was having.

Outstanding Customer Support from Zendrop! I recently had to make a change to a customer order (#1095), and the support team—especially Nina—was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process. They not only understood my request quickly but also updated the product variants exactly as needed so the correct items could be sent to my customer. Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. I felt supported the entire time and really appreciated their dedication to solving the issue.
