I going to write very honest review no BS and will keep it very simple. pros. They have some good quality products but you have to do your own research to find one with proper good reviews. you'll be wasting lot of time though customer service is great very helpful people mostly try to help. Cons Horrible shipping selection, very bad packaging. even the product is great their package make things worse. again even if you find a good quality product shipping and delivery will ultimately ruin customer experience. Suggestions. Get rid of fake AI generated descriptions and fake pictures of the product. add a review section for sellers so they can review the product they are selling. Improve the selection of shipping provider set some quality control which you guys always say in place but seems like not working without all of this any business is going to fail. Final note for who are reading my review- guys dont rely entirely on any drop shipping, you can use them to fill some gaps in your product line and find some good source other than that big NO.

they take to much time to process orders, like 3-4 days, but they are really good with the rest of the things

I had the opportunity to try Zendrop, but as soon as I installed it, I was charged a fee directly before I even started using it. So I immediately deleted it and sent it back to CJ dropshipping. I think you should not use it at all. It is an application that has a small number of products and requires money for everything. Good thing we have CJ.

Resolving it required about an hour of collaboration between Zendrop and TikTok, as the disconnection couldn't be handled directly within Zendrop. Both representatives remained patient and persistent, ensuring all questions were addressed and solutions explored. Ultimately, TikTok resolved the issue, but the teamwork provided valuable insights. This experience highlights the importance of preparing for similar challenges in the future. We successfully achieved the desired outcome thanks to Zendrop's 24/7 customer support.

Too early. They are still working out details. Support is very confusing to work with. They will give your 3 answers to one question. I'm going to try to work with them, but very close to leaving. UGH!

This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it.
