Just finished a CHAT with Kelley who assisted me. The chat was successful and I have to say that I'm impressed with the speedy response time. I've used chat boxes with other services that make you wait over 30 minutes before someone finally get's to you ...and then they ask a question, like "how can I help", to which you've already submitted when you started the chat! "Zendrop and Kelley are okay in my book!"

They have a support team that reacts very quickly, which really helps with urgent questions. The app itself works very well; it's easy to use, and there are no complications when using it. The only feedback I would give is to provide the ability to know beforehand what the discount is when you have an order of 2 products or more, instead of finding out how much you save only after the customer has placed the order.

Amazing. If you want to know why its amazing hear me out. If you refund your customer Zendrop refund you entirely. So the refund you product cost and shipping cost and you can keep the product.
