Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

I’ve just recently started using Zendrop. So far their customer service is outstanding. I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I was trying to find products at reduced prices and within minutes they found everything I needed. They saved me a lot of money.

Zendrop is my absolute favorite for dropshipping! Their customer support is excellent, and they have live chat, which is super helpful. Plus, they can find any product I need in less than two days. Zendrop is a game-changer!

I had an excellent experience with customer service recently. Jobelle was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with the fulfillment of my orders. I was initially worried that the problem might be complex, but it turned out to be a simple fix, thanks to her quick and efficient support. I highly recommend their support services!

My experience with Zendrop has been really great. When I started my E-commerce journey I was looking for a reliable supplier and then I came across Zendrop and I've been using them pretty much since the beginning of my E-commerce journey and not once have I regret it. Their customer support has been top-notch. If you have a problem with your order they will will be happy to help solve that problem very quickly. Also their support team is really friendly and they're amazing people. 5/5 customer service. So yes I really do recommend Zendrop :)

Zendrop is a great platform to use with Shopify. They are always willing to help with any questions you have, and help you learn something new everytime you reach out! Great products and great support. I would love to have a customer service phone number to reach out to if it's available my only recommendation. Maybe they already do!

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support. The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.
