TERRIBLE!!!! If you want to have very late shipments and angry customers, and also to be wrongfully and double charged for stuff, then this is the app for you. It all seems easy and nice on the surface, with the well designed interface, and somewhat easy to link products to your store (when it works), but then it turns into a real mess very fast. More than half my orders took well over the 4 day window they promise (which is already very long). When this happens you will not be notified at all, there is no communication or updates. The customer service is always available but they give you generic cut and paste replies that will not actually solve the issues. I do not understand how this company has a 4.8 rating? beware!

Zendrop is much more than a vendor, they have unbeatable prices resources coaching calls a community they even have print on demand now I cannot wait to start trying it and customer service is unbeatable always always beyond helpful I cannot think y'all enough!

So far so good. My only issues with Zendrop are that some products don't come all the variations you'd find on a competitor's site or on AliExpress; and at times they can be a little too pricey to get high profit margins, so you might have to either move onto another product or compromise. It would be nice if on the Review & Publish section, I could edit the Variant Option names like Color, Size, add Compare At prices to each product variant, and upload my own images. Oh, and if you're looking to request a product via AliExpress link, just to be aware, they do say no a lot. But other than that my experience with Zendrop so far has been great! Update: Got my first order but it took about a week for it to get processed and shipped out. Customer service was very helpful. They went out of their way to update me on my order status and answered all my questions, and now it has been officially shipped. One star off for the processing time taking so long but one star back on for their support team's excellent service.

Zendrop is so easy to navigate and to use, it have all the products you would need and if not they will source it for you. And they have the best support. They are very helpful, fast, friendly. The chatbot is also very god if you need fast answers.

ZenDrop is great! They have support on hand and ready to help you with any questions or issues. So many resources to learn from the best about Dropshipping or POD. Not to mention the best shipping times on products and it's easy to import a product they don't have. Highly recommend!

Zendrop is actually very difficult.to use...after several attempts I was unable to integrate my shopify store with Zendrop and ultimately lost my domain that I Purchased. I would honestly Recommend using PRINTIFY for your POD needs. They have brand named products like Gildan and Nextlevel Hanes etc. And shipping is fast in the USA.. I ordered last week and am expecting clothing by tommorrow morning...not weeks in transit....So far I'm very Happy with (Printify). **I Would not recommend zendrop**

It is clear to me that Zendrop is not ready to handle massive orders they are very slow I just did the test I received a couple of orders for the same product and I split it between zendrop and Dsers My Dsers order already arrived to my customer but the Zendrop order hasn’t arrived yet, I also believe in the monopoly going on and the game of affiliate Zendrop is clearly spending lots of money on that because almost everyone out there keep mentioning Zendrop but in reality Zendrop makes lots of mistakes and they take their sweet time to fulfill orders. So think about before you spend money here oh by the way they are a lot expensive than any other platform.
