Xlnt products, lots of options & choices, wonderful support, easy to follow and grow. As I continue to build my store, I've leaned on support often & I've had a 5 star experience 99% of the time. I only had 1 frustrating issue out of 10 mos. Staff is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The only downside, is no phone or live video chat, except classes (which are awesome & free), as everything is basic chat, but they always resolve my concerns.

I am new to Zendrop but so far my experience has been great. The app is very streamlined and easy to use, and the customer support is top notch!

I wanted more images to go with one of the products that I list from them and was able to get more from the live support agent, Mariane. She got it done in 5 minutes no problem. Overall, I have been using Zendrop for almost a year. I used their template to build my site and fill it with a wide range of products. I appreciate being able to use the free plan to do it.

I had an issue with my account no where in the training did I see you have to use the same login as the shopify. They figured out how to fix it and was really fast and efficient helping resolve the issue.

The service team was very professional and quick to respond, they helped me with a customer complaint and made sure that my customer is satisfied and they issued a full refund for customer satisfaction. This a great partnership between an online business and zendrop :)

Don't get fooled by their advertisement. It will take 7-9 days for them to hand over your order to a random career, and the career will take another 10-15 days to deliver your orders. the tracking number they provide to your customers is not working and the link is always showing there is no data assigned to the tracking number. They send a link to your customers, but you have to find the tracking number manually and track it on another page and inform your customers manually! Your customers will not be happy at all!
